The Stallion Complex

The facilities, breeding compound and two stallion units that make up the stallion complex were designed to function individually and in concert with one another to execute the maintenance and breeding of thoroughbred stallions. The complex was positioned over the ridge, away from the highway, on the sixty acre property to show only the operation's signature cedar shingle hip roofs as a landmark for visitors. This provides a tranquil and peaceful environment to promote the health and fertility of the resident stallions.

This advanced complex was created with the latest technology and equipment in a group of highly functional facilities. Our stallion complex incorporates technologies such as hospital temperature control values with recalculating systems in the wash bays to prevent the scalding of staff and bloodstock, fire alarms and protection systems, hands free/anywhere intercoms, reading-level lighting at floor level in the breeding room, closed-circuit televisions with security taping for all activities, laboratory/office space for evaluations and breeding operations, comfortable insulated structures with central heat and air-conditioning, brick pavers integrated with the latest breeding surfaces, automotive safety glass, aerospace padding and stainless steel cabinets.
